Tellen QM is deployed within the customer's own Azure environment, and Tellen does not have access to customer data.
All Tellen QM data is stored in your Azure SQL database and encrypted at rest by default. Azure Key Vault is used to securely store credentials and encryption keys. All API communications are protected via SSL/TLS. No passwords or sensitive credentials are exposed outside of Azure Key Vault.
Licensed customers receive access to self-serve training resources, including user guides, configuration documentation, videos, and FAQs.
Tellen also provides implementation support and ongoing assistance for basic support issues during business hours. Training and support resources are accessible directly within the Tellen QM application for all licensed users.
