Tellen AI, Inc. uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver our services. Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements and operates under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

We will update this page whenever a subprocessor is added or removed. If you have subscribed to subprocessor change notifications in your Data Processing Agreement, you will be notified in advance of any changes.

Microsoft Azure

Purpose

Cloud infrastructure, compute, database hosting (PostgreSQL), blob storage, identity (Azure AD), and key management

All customer data, application data, authentication credentials, file attachments

Twilio SendGrid

Purpose

Transactional email delivery (notifications, exports, magic links)

Data Residency & Cross-Border Transfers

Tellen hosts European customers in European Azure regions (West Europe) and US customers in US Azure regions (East US). Customer data is not transferred across borders between these regions.

Transactional email delivery via SendGrid may involve processing in the United States. Email content is limited to notification metadata and does not include customer accounting data.
